Technique
Visualize a pearl's size core of golden light in the center of your 3rd eye. Then suddenly visualize that this core becomes the size of a sun. Repeat this 3 times in a row.

This technique will direct mind energy to the ground in order to make it less present during your channeling.
Technique
Visualize a channel of golden light that connects the 3rd eye to the heart, then the heart to the left hip for women (right for men), then hip to the first chakra and finally the first chakra to the earth.
